He was born and raised in the Albury Wodonga area and began his legal career on the border in 2014.
He completed his Bachelor of Laws with Honours at the University of Canberra and a Master of Laws at the Australian National University.
Following his admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2015, Dane has practiced in both Victorian and New South Wales jurisdictions and was the principal director of a boutique commercial law practice in Melbourne.
He regularly appears in state and federal Courts in a range of legal matters and is an appointed lawyer on the criminal and family law panels for both Legal Aid NSW and Victoria Legal Aid.

Samantha is an experienced family lawyer and specialises in complex parenting matters.
She regularly appears before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in property and parenting matters, including urgent child recovery proceedings and matters that involve family violence, sexual assault and other serious risk allegations.

Samantha’s clients benefit from her background in mental health advocacy, having studied a degree in psychological science and her previous work at the Mental Health Legal Service in Melbourne CBD.
She represents a range of clients from diverse cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds, and values her early experiences advocating for vulnerable people at the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency and the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
Samantha further appears in criminal matters in both the Local and District Courts throughout New South Wales and in the Magistrates and County Courts throughout Victoria.
Her successful outcomes include securing acquittals following contested hearings, upheld severity appeals, adjourned undertakings without conviction, Conditional Release Orders without conviction and Section 10A dismissals.
Bonnie joined the firm in 2023 and practices predominately in family law.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Deakin University in 2020 and was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2022.
